Request for proposals for Procurement of Selection and Employment of a Consultancy Firm for the Design, Implementation, Supervision, Testing and Commissioning of Chiller System including Piping and Building Automation with Billing System at the State Pharmaceuticals Manufacturing Corporation (SPMC) A complete set of Procurement Documents in English may be purchased from SPMC office (address above para 5) by interested consultant on the submission of a written request on a business letterhead, and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of LKR 12,500.00. The method of payment will be by cash. Proposals must be delivered to the address (above para 4) at or before 2.00 p.m. on 27th July 2026. Late proposals will be rejected. Proposals will be opened soon after the proposal closing in the presence of the consultants representatives, who choose to attend at 2.00 p.m. on 27th July 2026. All proposals must be accompanied by a Proposal Security in the form of a bank guarantee of not less than Sri Lankan Rupees Three Hundred Thousand (LKR 300,000.00).
