Expression of Interest for Provision of Consultancy Services for Service Improvement Plans for Municipal Infrastructure and Public Facilities in Dar es Salaam under DMDP 2 Provision of Consultancy Services for Service Improvement Plans for Municipal Infrastructure and Public Facilities in Dar Es Salaam under Dmdp 2 The Prime Ministers Office Regional Administration and Local Government invites eligible consulting firms to submit Expressions of Interest (EOI) for providing consultancy services under the Dar es Salaam Metropolitan Development Project Phase 2 (DMDP 2). The assignment includes assessing existing municipal service delivery systems, preparing Service Improvement Plans (SIPs), developing service frameworks, legal and operational documents, procurement support, institutional strengthening, capacity building, change management, performance monitoring, and implementation support for municipal infrastructure and public facilities across the five Dar es Salaam Local Authorities. The consultancy will be implemented in two phases covering planning, framework development, advisory services, implementation support, and sustainability measures.
