We Are Asking For Your Offer For Traffic Retardation Elements Delivered To Street Construction Sites Or Warehouses Located In The Tampere Area. The Object Of Procurement In Sub-Area 1 Is The Design Of Concrete Bevel Elements And The Delivery Of Finished Products To Street Construction Projects. The Sub-Area Includes Two Elements Of Different Sizes, Each Of Which Has Its Own Type Drawings Attached To The Request For Tender. In Sub-Area 2, The Subject Of The Procurement Is The Design Of Cushion Retarders And The Delivery Of Finished Products To Street Construction Sites. Deliveries Are Made To The Customers Worksites For Street Construction Sites Or To Another Location Indicated By The Customer Or To A Storage Location In The Customers Operating Area In Tampere. Element Information Below:• Concrete Element That Is Installed In The Street Structure In The Street And Intersection Area.• The Elements Follow Type Drawings 1/20637/1, 1/20637/2 And 1/20637/9 And Dimensional Drawings Created From Bevel Elements.• Types S30_Be_Tre, S40_Be_Tre And T30_40_Tre: Dimensional And Type Drawings Are Presented In The Appendices. The Procurement Is Divided Into Two Sub-Areas: Sub-Area 1: Bevel Elements Sub-Area 2: Cushion Retarders The Procurement Exceeds The National Threshold Value, But Procurement Of Goods Below The Eu Threshold. The Anticipated Total Value Of The Acquisition Is Approximately €200,000 (Vat 0%), Including Both Areas. The Subscriber Does Not Commit To Minimum Volumes In Terms Of The Number Or Value Of Purchases. The Anticipated Total Value Of The Procurement Covers All Possible Procurements During The Contract Period. The Procurement Procedure Is An Open Procedure According To Section 32 Of The Procurement Act. Alternative Or Parallel Offers Are Not Accepted. Sub-Bids Are Allowed, I.E. The Bidder Can Bid And Be Selected For One Or More Sub-Areas. All Points Must Be Offered Within The Sub-Area. The Procurement Involves Agreeing On A Framework Arrangement With A Total Of No More Than Four (4) Suppliers. A Maximum Of Two (2) Suppliers Will Be Selected For Each Sub-Area. Optionally, A Net Price List Of The Providers Other Traffic Retardation Elements Is Requested. The Price List Is Uploaded To The Hilma Service As An Attachment To The Offer.
