The Subject Of This Order Includes The Delivery Of 1 (One) Number Of New (Unused) Mini Track Loader, Together With Factory New, Compatible Attachment Equipment, Including 1 Pc. Forest Mulcher (Shredder), 1 Pc. Lawnmower And 1 Pc. Asphalt Cutter. The Delivery Should Comply With The Technical Requirements Laid Down In The Technical Specification Of The Contracting Authority. The Subject Of The Order Includes All Necessary Preliminary Activities For The Use Of The Mini Track Loader And Attachments, Such As Installation Work, Testing And Others. The Delivery Will Be Made To The Municipal Enterprise Bkrd In The City Of Karnobat, Industrial Zone - North Within A Time Frame Proposed By The Participant, Starting From The Date Of Receipt Of The Contract Letter For The Delivery Sent By The Contracting Authority To The Contractor. The Delivery And Handover/Receipt Of The Subject Of The Public Procurement Will Be Certified By The Signing Of Two Copies Of A Bilateral Acceptance-Handover Protocol By The Parties Or Their Authorized Representatives, After Checking For The Absence Of Inconsistencies Of The Technique With The Technical Characteristics Presented In The Technical Proposal Of The Contractor And The Technical Specification Of The Contracting Authority. Order Fulfillment Includes Delivery, Warranty (Service) And Warranty Liability. All Costs For The Removal Of Warranty Damage And/Or Inconsistencies During The Proposed Warranty Period Shall Be Borne By The Contractor. The Regular Technical Maintenance Of The Machine Is Carried Out By The Contractor And Is At The Expense Of The Employer. ​​​​​​​
