The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Consisting In The Implementation Of Moisture-Proof Insulation And Thermal Insulation Of The Foundation Walls Of The School Building And The Connector Building, Located On The Premises Of The School And Kindergarten Complex. The Scope Of Works Includes: A) Securing The Work Site And Organizing The Facilities, B) Demolition Works In The Foundation Zone, C) Narrow-Space Excavations Near The Foundation Walls, D) Cleaning And Preparation Of The Substrate, E) Chipping And Removal Of Damaged Plasters And Loose Layers, F) Priming The Substrate, G) Performing Moisture-Proof Insulation Of The Foundation Walls, H) Performing Seals In The Contact Zone Of The Walls And Foundations, I) Performing Thermal Insulation With Xps Boards, J) Implementation Of Protective And Security Layers, K) Backfilling Of Excavations With Appropriate Compaction, L) Performance Of Reconstruction Works, Including Gravel Strips, Paving Stones, Reconstruction Of Stairs, Concrete Elements, Replenishment Of Plasters And Painting Of Facades In The Areas Covered By The Works.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In Annex No. 5 To The Swz - Technical Documentation.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz. The Ordering Party Introduces A Mandatory On-Site Visit In The Proceedings In Question. An On-Site Visit Is Possible On Working Days, I.E. On July 8, 2026 And July 15, 2026, From 08:00-14:00. Contact Regarding Setting A Visit Date Takes Place Only Through The Party To The Proceedings. Pursuant To The Provisions Of Art. 226 Section 1 Point 18 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Rejects An Offer That Was Submitted Without Carrying Out An On-Site Visit Indicated And Required In The Procurement Documents.
