Type Of Order: Suppliesthe Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Coal To Schools And Buildings Administered By The City And Commune Office In Lubowidz, Along With Its Weighing, Transport And Unloading In Quantity And Meeting The Following Quality Requirements: - 321 Tons Of Bagged Coal With A Calorific Value Of ≥ 25 Mj/Kg. The Specified Amount Of Demand For Coal Is An Estimate And May Change Depending On Weather Conditions. The Ordering Party Shall Not Be Liable Legally Or Financially For Failure To Complete Part Of The Order. The Contractor Will Not Make Any Claims In The Event Of A Change In The Estimated Value Of The Completed Task. Bagged Coal Must Meet The Minimum Requirements: - Calorific Value ≥ 25 Mj/Kg - Grain Size: 5 - 25 Mm - Ash Content Less Than 10% - Sulfur Content Max. 0.8% - Humidity Less Than 12% - Sinterability Ri: Max 25 - Oversize Content: Max. 5% - Sub-Grain Content: Max. 10% - Bagged Coal In 20 Kg Or 25 Kg Bags (The Ordering Party Stipulates That, If The Ordering Party Needs It, The Contractor Must Be Able To Deliver Up To 24 Tons Of Coal In 20 Kg Bags). Deliveries Of Goods Will Be Made Successively In Accordance With The Orders Placed, Subject To The Possibility Of A Minimum Delivery Of 5 Tons Each Time. The Contractor Must Attach A Reliable Document - A Certificate Of The Delivered Coal (Original Or A Copy Confirmed For Compliance) And A Document Confirming The Weight Of The Delivered Goods. The Contractor Will Deliver Coal To The Collection Place Indicated By The Ordering Party In Accordance With Annex No. 7 To The Swz List Of Places Of Coal Delivery To Schools And Buildings Administered By The City And Commune Office In Lubowidz. On The Day Of Delivery, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Weigh The Coal Delivery As Part Of The Offered Price. Transport, Weighing And Unloading Will Be Performed At The Contractors Own Expense. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Carry Out Tests Of The Offered Goods, If It Is Found That The Minimum Requirements Specified In The Swz Are Not Met, The Ordering Party Will Charge The Contractor With The Costs Of Carrying Out The Above Tests.
