The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of An Investment Called Renovation Of The Area Fence. The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Steel Elements Of The Fence Used For The Renovation (Poles, Posts, Spans, Panels) Must Meet The Quality And Specification Assumptions With At Least The Parameters Included In The Bill Of Quantities Below, I.E. Have Appropriate Protection / Anti-Corrosion Substrate, Be Powder Coated Or Coated (Elements Of Fence Panel Mesh With A Wire Thickness Of At Least 5.6 Mm, Finished Smoothly Without Protruding Individual Wire Elements) With Appropriate Protection Against Destruction Under The Influence Of External Weather Conditions. The Scope Of Works Constituting The Subject Of The Order Includes Primarily: 1) Conducting A Geodetic Inventory In Order To Verify The Designated Legal Boundaries Of Plots For Marking Out The Fence Line, In Consultation With The Ordering Party (While Maintaining The Ownership Rights Of Third Parties To Neighboring Plots - Legal Responsibility For Any Claims Is Borne By The Contractor). 2) Marking And Securing The Area Of Works Performed (The Contractor Bears Full Responsibility For Any Damage Resulting From The Works To Third Parties And Property As Well As The Ordering Partys Property).3) Dismantling Of The Existing Damaged Fence (Steel Elements Remain The Property Of The Ordering Party And Are To Be Safely Stored By The Contractor In A Designated Place Indicated By The Ordering Party) Along With Dismantling The Existing Concrete Structure And Disposal Of Rubble By The Contractor In Accordance With Applicable Environmental Protection Laws.4) Cutting Down Trees Growing On The Border Of The Fence In Order To Eliminate Future Damage To The Fence As A Result Of Trees And Shrubs Growing Into The Structure (Consent To Cut Down Trees Will Be Obtained By The Ordering Party And Handed Over To The Contractor). 5) Mechanical Grubbing And Milling Of Stumps (To A Depth Of At Least 20 Cm Below The Surface Of The Terrain/Ground) Along With The Disposal Of Wood Chips And Cleaning Up The Area (Cut Trees Remain The Property Of The Ordering Party And Will Be Managed).6) Clearing And Disposal Of Shrubs And Bushes Growing On The Border Of The Fence And The Immediately Adjacent Area.7) Leveling And Securing The Area For The Installation Of The Renovated Fence.8) Execution Of Earthworks - Excavations With Excavators For The Foundation Of The Fence.9) Installation Of Reinforcement Of The Fence Foundations And Construction Of The Foundation.10) Installation Of Decorative Hollow Bricks/Fence Blocks And Prefabricated Roofs And Steel Spans Of The Fence From The Side Of The Street Złota Góra (Visualization – Fig. 1).
