1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of A Public Task Entitled: Development Of Green Areas In The Rytwiany Commune.2. The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Green Areas In The Rytwiany Commune On Plots Marked With Geodetic Numbers 701/1 And 1126/1, District 2.0006 Rytwiany. The Task Consists Of Two Elements And Includes, Among Others: A) A Pocket Park With A Lapidarium At The Rytwiany Commune Office: Replacement Of Paving Stones On Pedestrian Paths With Supplementation Of Borders, Relocation Of Tree Frames, Leveling Of The Area With Replacement Of Aggregate In The Decorative Strip, Replacement Of Park Benches - 14 Pcs. And Street Baskets - 7 Pcs., Lawn Renovation And Planting 30 Pcs. Bushes. B) Green Areas Near The Ruins Of The Castle In Rytwiany: Removal Of 18 Trees Together With Milling Of Trunks And Planting 18 New Trees With A Trunk Circumference Of 100 Cm Not Less Than 14 Cm With A Natural Crown Shape (Species: Small-Leaved Linden Tilia Cordata – 6 Pcs., Norway Maple Acer Platanoides – 6 Pcs., Field Maple Acer Compestre – 6 Pcs. Pcs).3. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Is Indicated In Annex No. 9 To The Swz, Including: • Site Maps, • Bill Of Quantities, • Decisions Regarding Permission To Remove Trees, • Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works.4. The Scope Of The Contract Also Includes Other Necessary Works To Ensure Proper Execution Of The Subject Of The Contract.5. All Documents Describing The Subject Of The Contract, Including The Technical Description, Bill Of Quantities, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Should Be Treated As Mutually Complementary And Explanatory In The Sense That In The Event Of Any Ambiguities Or Ambiguities, The Contractor May Not Limit Either The Scope Of His Obligation Or The Scope Of Due Diligence In The Performance Of His Obligations Arising From The Public Procurement Contract. 6. That Equivalent Materials Should Meet In Order To Meet The Requirements.
