Based On: Art. 17 Section 1 Point 12 And Art. 115 Section 1 Of The Act Of 12 March 2004 On Social Assistance (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 1214, As Amended) And Art. 150 Of The Act Of August 27, 2009 On Public Finances (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 1483, As Amended), In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Council Of Ministers Of December 2, 2010 On The Detailed Method And Mode Of Financing Investments From The State Budget (Journal Of Laws Of 2010, No. 238, Item 1579) And In Connection With Resolution No. 160 Of The Council Of Ministers Of December 20, 2016 On The Comprehensive Support Program For Families For Life (M. P. Of 2016, Item 1250, As Amended). The Order Concerns Part 3.3.3. Mw/Mt Supported/Training Apartments Of The Architectural And Construction Design Constituting Annex No. 10 To The Procedure. The Subject Of The Investment Is The Creation Of One Training Apartment And One Supported Apartment, Intended For People Requiring Support In The Process Of Becoming Independent And In Everyday Functioning In The Local Environment. The Aim Of The Project Is To Increase The Availability Of Social Services And Help People At Risk Of Exclusion. The Scope Of The Investment Includes Construction Works On The Premises, Purchase And Installation Of The Necessary Equipment, As Well As Adapting The Space To The Needs Of The Elderly And People With Disabilities. A Driveway To The Building Will Also Be Built, Which Will Eliminate Architectural Barriers In Accordance With Applicable Law And Accessibility Standards. The Investment Will Be Carried Out In An Existing Building At Ul. Akacjowa 1 In Skarżysko-Kamienna, Owned By The Commune. The Facility Will Be Rebuilt And Adapted, Which Will Allow It To Be Transformed Into A Fully Functional Space.
