Task No. 1 - Providing Services For Winter Maintenance Of District Roads With A Plow And Loader. To Complete The Order, The Contractor Will Provide: A. Sand Spreaders Load Capacity (Capacity Of The Hopper For The Sand And Salt Mixture) Min. 7 Tons – 5 Pcs; B. Carriers - Cars With A Capacity Of At Least 16 Tons (Min. Two Drive Axles) - 5 Pcs; C. Minimum Medium Plows, Hydraulically Controlled From The Drivers Cabin With Pressure And Turning Ability - 5 Pcs.; D. Loader - 1 Piece - (Self-Propelled And Loading Height Min. 3.00 M). Expected Number Of Services For The Winter Season 2026/2027: A. Sand Plows - Active Action - 15,500.00 Km - Passive Action - 2,000.00 Hrs. Loader - Active Action - 200.00 Hours - Passive Action - 1,500.00 Hours. The Amounts Of Services Given Above Are Only Expected (Maximum) Amounts, They Depend On Weather Conditions And May Be Reduced. The Minimum Number Of Services Covered By The Order Is 30% Of The Planned Scope. Winter Road Maintenance Services Will Be Provided In Two Types Of Actions: A. Active Action With A Sand Plow - Consisting Of Removing Snow And Combating Slipperiness With Roughening Materials On County Roads, Including The Main Road And Bicycle Lanes, Parking Lots, Squares, Bus Bays, Parking Bays In Accordance With The Technical Conditions For The Execution And Acceptance Of Winter Road Maintenance Works. It Is Assumed That The Active Action Of The Plow Sander Is Counted From The Moment The Duty Officer Gives The Instruction To Go To Work Directly On The Road Until The End Of The Action, I.E. The Completion Of The Entrusted Task, The Return Of The Plow Sander To The Headquarters Of The District Roads Authority In Starachowice And The Notification To The Duty Officer About The Completion Of The Task. Loader - Loading Of Plow Sanders, Preparation Of The Sand-Salt Mixture And Cleaning Work In The Winter Square District Road Authority In Starachowice Regarding Winter Road Maintenance. B. Passive Action (Plow Sander And Loader) - Consisting In The Equipment Remaining In The Quantity Specified By The Ordering Party Together With The Operator In A State Of Full Readiness To Undertake Active Action. The Time Of Passive Action Is Counted From The Moment The Operator Reports To The Call Of The Officer On Duty And Delivers The Equipment (Loader, Sand Plow) To The Headquarters Of The District Roads Authority In Starachowice Until The Moment He Starts Active Action And From The Moment The Active Action Ends Until The Moment The Passive Action Is Canceled. The Services Will Be Provided At The Request And According To The Instructions Of The Ordering Party (The Winter Road Maintenance Officer Appointed By The Ordering Party). The Decision Regarding The Type Of Action To Be Carried Out Is Made By The Ordering Party. After A Telephone Call From The Ordering Party, The Contractor Delivers The Necessary Equipment To The Site Of The District Roads Authority In Starachowice Within The Time Specified In The Offer.
