The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Investment Task Entitled: Modernization Of The Meeting Room In The Volunteer Fire Department Building In Trojanów, Consisting Of A Set Of Construction And Installation Works Including The Modernization And Adaptation Of The Usable Room, Including The Construction Of A New Floor, Stage, Wall And Ceiling Cladding, Finishing Works, Insulation And Modernization Of The Electrical Installation.2. The Scope Of Works Includes In Particular: 1) Dismantling Works: - Removal Of The Existing Wooden Floor (Boards + Joists) And Dismantling Of The Stage Structure. Dismantling The Existing Wooden Ceiling, Window Sills And Parts Of Old Electrical Equipment. - Removal And Disposal Of Demolition Materials. 2) Construction And Floor Works: - Filling And Compacting The Subfloor With Sand, Making A Concrete Base (B15). 10 Cm And Machine-Made Concrete Screed, Thickness. 8 Cm. - Construction Of A New Stage In Accordance With The Construction Assumptions.3) Cladding And Finishing Works: - Laying 80×80 Stoneware Tiles On The Floor Surface, Making Plinths Cut From The Same Tiles. - Making Mosaic Plaster On The Paneling. - Removing Old Paint Coatings, Priming, Applying Gypsum Plaster Twice, Lapping And Painting Twice.4) Ceiling Works And G/K Structures: - Assembly Of A Simple Suspended Ceiling Made Of Plasterboards On A Metal Grid. - G/K Construction Hiding Visible Installations (Profiles Approx. 15×40 Cm), Along With Wallpapering Paper Tapes, Puttying Joints, Priming And Painting.5) Ceiling Insulation: Insulating The Ceiling With 25 Cm Thick Pur Polyurethane Foam.6) Electrical Installations: - Laying New 3×1.5 Electric Cables For Power Supply Lighting Fixtures, - Installation Of New Led Ceiling Lamps, - Replacement Of Electrical Equipment And Construction Of New Installation Points (Approx. 10 Pcs.).7) Construction Joinery: - Dismantling Of Existing Wooden Window Sills, Installation Of Marble Conglomerate Window Sills Along With Filling In Plaster Defects, - Replacement Of Two Pairs Of External Doors With Aluminum, Glazed, With Increased Insulation. Enlargement Of One Door Opening By Approx. 0.8 M² And Completion Of Plaster On Both Sides.3.
