The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of An Investment Task Titled: Primary School No. 5, Ul. Grunwaldzka 15 - Modernization Of The Building In The Design And Build Formula, Including The Development Of Design Documentation Along With Obtaining The Necessary Approvals And The Performance Of Construction And Installation Works In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Functional And Utility Program. Basic Scope Of Works Performed: 1) Development Of Design And Implementation Documentation For All Industries Covered By The Order, Along With The Required Agreements And Opinions And As-Built Documentation. 2) Replacement Of Water Supply Lines, Including Cold, Hot And Circulation Lines Along With Fittings, Insulation, Fire Protection Passages, Tightness Tests And Flushing Of The Installation. 3) Replacement Of Sanitary Sewage Risers Along With The Dismantling Of Existing Cast Iron Risers, Construction Of New Sewers, Fire Passages And As-Built Documentation. 4) Construction And Replacement Of A Sanitary Sewage Connection, Including Design, Surveying And Earthworks, Installation Of Cables, Inspection Wells, Basement Drains, Reconstruction Of The Surface And Connection To The Existing Network. 5) Modernization Of The Hydrant System, Including Construction Of Hydrant Risers, Installation Of Dn25 Hydrants With Semi-Rigid Hose, Priority Valve, Performance Tests And Adaptation Of The Installation To Applicable Fire Protection Regulations. 6) Disassembly And Demolition Works, Including Removal Of Existing Water And Sewage, Hydrant And Gas Installations, Demolition Of Buildings, Floors, Cladding And Preparation Of Rooms For The Implementation Of New Installations. 7) Construction And Finishing Works, Including Construction Of Plasterboards, Reconstruction Of Ceramic Cladding, Installation Of Hydrants In Walls, Filling, Painting, Impregnation Of Surfaces And Construction Of Fire Passages. 8) Modernization Of The Domestic Hot Water (Dhw) Installation, Including Delivery And Installation Of Domestic Hot Water Tanks, Construction Of New Risers And Circulation Installations, Installation Of Fittings, Pumps, Security Systems And Boiler Room Automation And Control Systems. 9) Modernization Of The Internal Gas Installation, Including Reconstruction Of Gas Pipes, Change Of The Gas Detection System, Installation Of An Explosion-Proof Valve, Performance Of Tightness Tests And Activation Of Security Systems. 10) Moisture-Proof Insulation Of The Basements Of The Old Part Of The Building, Including Replacement Of Sewage Sections, Construction Of New Flooring And Insulating Layers, Internal Drainage, Settling Well With A Drainage Pump And Reconstruction Of The Installation In The Basements.
