1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Expansion Of The Wellness Zone In The Koszalin Water Park In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Swz, Contract Template And Design Documentation. The Scope Of Work Was Divided Into Stages: 1.1. Stage I – Sanitary And Cloakroom Building 1.2. Stage Ii – Saunarium Building 1.3. In Addition To The Stages Described Above, The Contractor Performed Additional Works Such As: 1.3.1. External Works - External Parking Roads With Gutters And Substructures1.3.2. Structures Made Of Glued Wood - Pergola Made Of Glued Wood At The Connection Of Buildings1.3.3. Finished Surfaces Of Passages Between New Buildings1.3.4. Replacement Of Spa Basins, 2 Pieces 1.3.5. The Contractor Will Perform A Set Of Electrical And Sanitary Installations Necessary For The Implementation And Future Operation Of The Sauna Garden. Installations Should Be Carried Out To The Extent Necessary To Remove Any Interference With The Designed Spa Part And To Ensure The Possibility Of Subsequent Connection Of All Devices And Infrastructure Elements Planned For The Sauna Garden. The Method And Scope Of The Work Performed Should Ensure The Possibility Of Implementing The Next Stage Of The Investment, Including The Sauna Garden, Without The Need To Carry Out Demolition, Excavations, Drilling Or Interference With Elements Made As Part Of The Earlier Stages Of The Investment. In Particular, All Utilities Required In The Design Documentation Should Be Provided And Prepared, Including Power Supply, Water Supply, Sewage And Other Installations Necessary For The Proper Functioning Of The Sauna Garden.1.3.6. The Contractor Will Perform The Necessary Construction And Installation Works Of Stage I To The Extent Enabling Obtaining An Occupancy Permit For Stage Ii Before Completing All The Works.
