2.3. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In Comprehensive Thermal Modernization Of A Segment Of A School Building Used As An Office Premises, Located At Ul. Szkolna 6 In Koszęcin (Plot No. 2720), Along With The Modernization Of Sanitary And Electrical Installations, In Accordance With The Design Documentation. The Office Premises Are Located On The Ground Floor And First Floor, In The Extreme Segment Of The School Building With A Gymnasium. The Building Belongs To Category Ix - Culture, Science And Education Buildings. The Office Space Has A Separate Entrance From The Gable Elevation And Is Not Functionally Connected To The Rest Of The School. It Is Separated From The Gymnasium By A Construction Wall Running From The Foundations To The Roof. The Project Does Not Envisage Any Change In The Use Of The Facility. The Scope Of The Investment Includes, In Particular, Thermal Modernization Of Building Partitions, Replacement Of Windows And Doors, Modernization Of The Central Heating Installation Along With Replacing The Heat Source With A Heat Pump, Modernization Of The Domestic Hot Water Installation, Construction Of A Cooling Installation, Modernization Of The Electrical Installation, Construction Of A Photovoltaic Installation With An Energy Storage Facility And The Performance Of Other Works Provided For In The Design Documentation. The Aim Of The Investment Is To Improve The Energy Efficiency Of The Building, Increase The Use Of Renewable Energy Sources, And Improve Energy Security. And Reducing Energy Consumption And Emissions Of Pollutants Into The Atmosphere.
