Description Of The Subject Of The Order: The Subject Of The Order Is The Modernization Of The Internal Electrical Installation Of Wlz With Connection To Apartments, Replacement Of Collective Boards Of Existing Measuring Systems In The Staircase, Replacement Of Main Switchboards In Corridors, Residential Boards, Installation Of Lighting In Common Areas Of Adm And Installation Of Lighting And 230V Sockets With 400V Power Installation In Residential Premises In A Multi-Family Residential Building In Oborniki Śląskie At Ul. Podzamcze 7. The Works Include Installation Of Common Parts: Internal Power Lines, Main Switchboard And Floor Switchgears, Including Measurement Systems And Changes To The Administrative Switchboard, Basic Lighting Of Common Parts Of Communications On Floors And In The Basement, External Lighting At The Entrances To The Building, Main Equalizing Connections, Fire Protection Switch (Uw Pwp), And Also In 17 Residential Premises: Replacement Of Switchboards, Installation Of Sockets (Including Power Supply For 7Kw Cookers) And Lighting. Premises The Works Include The Execution Of Electrical Construction Works Together With The Delivery Of All Materials, Devices And Equipment Necessary To Perform The Order And Obtain Full Efficiency Of The Installation In The Building Subject To Modernization. The Works Should Be Performed In Accordance With Applicable Law, Principles Of Technical Knowledge, Technical Conditions For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And The Requirements Of The Manufacturers Of The Materials And Devices Used. The Bill Of Quantities Is An Auxiliary Document Used To Determine The Material Scope Of The Order. The Contractor Is Obliged To Include In The Offer Price All Works, Materials, Devices And Activities Necessary For The Proper Execution Of The Subject Of The Order, Even If They Are Not Explicitly Mentioned In The Bill Of Quantities, But Result From The Technology Of Work Execution, Applicable Regulations Or Principles Of Technical Knowledge. Electrical Construction Works In Common Areas Replacement Of Switchboards With New Ones, Execution Of New Installation Circuits, Execution Of Lighting Installations, Installation Of Fire Protection Switches, Installation Of Internal And External Led Lighting Fixtures (Motion Sensors) In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Pn-En Standard 12464-1:2022* Execution Of Main Equalizing Connections, Performance Of Electrical Measurements And Preparation Of Reports. Electrical Construction Works In The Premises, Replacement Of Switchboards With New Ones, Installation Of Sockets (Including Power Supply For Induction Cookers), Execution Of Lighting Installations.
