Requirements Regarding The Method Of Execution Of The Subject Of The Order: 1) The Sweeper Will Be Accepted In The Presence Of The Contractor And The Ordering Party Or Authorized Representatives, 2) The Price Of The Sweeper Should Include The Cost Of Delivery (Loco Of The Ordering Partys Registered Office At Ul. Św. Brata Albert 8 In Żary), Training, On-The-Job Instruction And First Start-Up, 3) Warranty For The Subject Of The Order Not Less Than 24 Months, Counted From The Date Of Confirmed Receipt Acceptance Protocol, 4) During The Warranty Period, The Contractor Provides Free Warranty Inspections And Service In Accordance With The Manufacturers Warranty Card. Service Should Be Understood As Periodic Inspections Resulting From The Vehicles Documents And Warranty Repairs. During The Warranty Period, The Contractor Undertakes To Repair The Subject Of The Order Within 3 Business Days From The Date Of Reporting The Vehicle Failure By The Ordering Party.5) The Contractor Will Provide Authorized Warranty And Post-Warranty Service As Well As Mobile Service In Poland,6) On The Day Of Delivery Of The Vehicle, The Contractor Must Provide: A Set Of Documents: The Vehicles Operation And Maintenance Manual In Polish (Paper And Electronic Versions), Approval And Warranty Card.
