Tenders are invited for Procurement, construction, and commissioning assistance for in-kind replacement of reformer catalyst tubes with new upgraded bottom flange from carbon steel to Incoloy 800H for H-48- 001, H-49-001, H-88-001 & H-89-001 in Mina Al-Ahmadi Refinery Documents Price: KD 3500/-. Bid Bond: KD 220,000 The Central Agency for Public Tenders. Important conditions and instructions: 1- Bids must be submitted on a compact disc (CD/DVD) with 5 nonmodifiable copies, except for the tender form and bid bond which must be hard copies. 2- Document fees are non-refundable unless the tender is canceled under Article 55 of the Public Tenders Law. 3- A valid national manpower quota compliance certificate and a "To Whom It May Concern" certificate from the Public Authority for Manpower must be submitted. 4- Owners of small and medium enterprises must present valid documentation from the National Fund for SMEs to be exempted from tender fees. 5- Bids are indivisible and the absolute deadline for submission is 12:30 PM on the closing date.
