Likewise, The Contracting Must Consider The Identification Of Institutional Gaps, The Formulation Of Recommendations And The Preparation Of A Consolidated Matrix Of Prioritized Actions, Together With The Preparation Of A Base Document Of Terms Of Reference For The Future Acquisition Of A Municipal Document Management System. The Purpose Of The Contracting Is To Have Technical, Functional And Regulatory Information That Allows The Municipality To Advance In The Strategic Planning Of Its Digital Transformation And Cybersecurity Processes, Promoting More Efficient, Secure, Traceable Public Management In Accordance With The Principles Of Legality, Efficiency, Probity And Transparency.
