The Purpose Of This Tender Is To Acquire Drugs Intended For The Care Of Patients Of The Teledermatology Cell In Primary Health Care Aps Of The Commune Of Coquimbo, With The Purpose Of Supporting The Diagnosis And Timely Treatment Of Acute And Chronic Dermatological Pathologies, Ensuring The Continuity, Timeliness And Quality Of Health Care Provided To Users Of The Communal Healthcare Network. The Municipality Of Coquimbo Reserves The Right To Revoke The Public Tender In Accordance With The Power Established In Article 61 Of Law No. 19,880; Which Establishes That “Administrative Acts May Be Revoked By The Body That Issued Them”; Power That Is Materialized In The Information System Www.Mercadopublico.Cl, Through The “Revoke Tender” Application, Which Allows, As Long As A Bid Has Not Been Awarded, To Carry Out Said Power Through A Well-Founded Resolution, Based On Reasons Of Merit, Convenience Or Opportunity.
