The Project Is The Refurbishment Of The Leigh Market Hall Which Includes A New Main Entrance, New Roof, A New Internal Stall Configuration, Replacement Mechanical/Electrical Systems, And New Finishes. Approximate Construction Value Of £3.5-4M.
