Descriptionsandnes Municipality At Sandnes Property Hereby Invites A Limited Tender For The Establishment Of A Dynamic Purchasing Scheme (Hereinafter Referred To As Dio) For Carpentry Work With Associated Materials. The Scheme Replaces The Previous Procurement Scheme. The Procurement Scheme Shall Include Municipal Buildings And Housing Owned By The Client, Including Schools, Nurseries, Residential And Activity Centres, Nursing And Retirement Homes, Swimming And Sports Halls, Office Buildings, Cultural Centres, Municipal Rental Housing, Health Centres, Etc. Invitations To Submit Offers Under The Scheme Will Mainly Apply To Smaller Investment And Maintenance Projects, Based On The Currently Applicable Action And Financial Plan, And Will Mainly Be Carried Out As Execution Contracts Or Turnkey Contracts Developed By The Developer. The Contract Work Includes All Types Of Carpentry Work, Including: • Façade Work • Repair And Installation Of Internal Walls • Damage Limitation And Protection Of Buildings In The Event Of Burglary And Vandalism • Replacement Of Doors And Windows • Work With Asbestos Remediation • Wet Room Work • Fire Protection/Sealing • Rebuilding, Additions, Rehabilitation And Refurbishment Of Varying Extent, Including Restoration Of Municipal Housing • Work On Listed/Listed Buildings With Antiquarian Value • Short-Term Engagement For The Delivery Of Carpentry Services With And Without Associated Materials • Project Work Related To All Carpentry Work Under This Agreement, To The Extent That The Client Has A Need For This. The Contract Work Also Includes Material Deliveries, Deposition Of Demolition Materials And Safety Measures For Own Personnel And Users Of The Buildings, And In Some Cases Construction Site Administration And Progress Control By Subcontractors. Some Calls May Contain Other Building-Related Subjects, Such As Roofing, Plumber Work And Concrete Work In Connection With Carpentry Assignments.
