Exercise Of Consulting Activity Under Art. 166, Para. 1 Of The Law On Territorial Development (Zut) On The Site Replacement Of A Dn700 Transmission Gas Pipeline In The Section From The Gorni Bogrov Crane Junction To The Novi Iskar Treatment Plant And Construction Of An Optical Cable Line To It. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Implementation Of The Following Activities For Each Of The Construction Stages: Assessment Of Compliance Of The Investment Project - Phase Working Project With The Basic Requirements For Constructions According To Art. 142, Para. 5 And Para. 10 Of The Zut; Providing Expert Support To The Contracting Authority And The Designer In The Coordination Of The Investment Projects With The Competent Control Authorities, Operating Companies And Interested Parties; Preparation Of A Complex Report According To Art. 142, Para. 6, Item 2 Of Zut; Exercise Of Construction Supervision According To Art. 168, Para. 1 In Connection With Art. 168, Para. 2 Of The Zut And Carrying Out Inspection And Control Of The Construction Products Delivered And Used In The Construction, Which Ensure The Fulfillment Of The Basic Requirements For The Construction In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Regulation Under Art. 9, Para. 2, Item 5 Of The Law On Technical Requirements For Products; Fulfilling The Functions Of A Safety And Health Coordinator For The Stage Of Construction Implementation According To Ordinance No. 2 Of 22.03.2004 On The Minimum Requirements For Health And Safety Working Conditions When Carrying Out Construction And Assembly Works; Preparation Of A Final Report According To Art. 168, Para. 6 Of The Zut; Compilation And Registration Of A Technical Passport For The Construction According To Art. 176A Of The Zut And Ordinance No. 5 Of 28.12.2006 On The Technical Passports Of Constructions. The Project Replacement Of A Dn700 Transmission Gas Pipeline In The Section From The Gorni Bogrov Crane Junction To The Novi Iskar Treatment Plant And The Construction Of An Optical Cable Line To It Will Be Implemented In The Following Stages: Stage 1 - Reconstruction Of A Main (Portable) Gas Pipeline Dn 700 From The Gorni Bogrov Kv To The Novi Iskar Gas Station, Including A Linear Part, A Gas Pipeline To Grs 2, Crane Assemblies (Kv), Cathodic Protection Stations (Scp); Stage 2 - Reconstruction Of The Treatment Facility Novi Iskar, Including The Reconstruction Of The Existing Os Novi Iskar And A New Start-Up Chamber Of Go Pernik With A Common Overhead Dust Collector; Stage 3 - Construction Of Chepintsi Agrs, Including Gas Pipeline Deviation, Security Crane Assembly And Agrs; Stage 4 - Construction Of An Optical Cable Line And Reconstruction Of The Nup Novi Iskar. The Investment Project Will Be Completed Separately For Each Stage, With The Aim Of Approval By The Competent Authority And Issuance Of A Construction Permit For Each Stage. The Stages Can Be Carried Out Simultaneously, With The Dismantling Works For Stage 1 To Be Carried Out After The Commissioning Of Stage 1.
