Supply Of Medical Consumables For The Needs Of Mbal -Samokov Eood In 4 Separate Items, Described In Detail By Nomenclature, Indicated By Their Own Serial Number, Name, Requirements, Measure And The Corresponding Quantity In The Technical Specification. Each Product/ Medical Consumable/ Must Fully Meet The Described Technical Characteristics And Indicators. Non-Compliance Is Grounds For Declassification Of A Participant For The Respective Specific Position. The Participant Submits Only One Offer, And No Variants Are Allowed. Offers Can Be Submitted: - For The Whole Procedure - For One Or More Specific Positions Entry For A Specific Item Is Complex, And Participants Must Cover All The Sub-Items Contained In That Specific Item. Entrants Who Do Not Cover All Sub-Items In A Specific Position Are Disqualified From Participating In That Specific Position. The Contract Will Be Concluded For A Period Of 24 /Twenty-Four/ Months, With Periodic Deliveries, After A Written Request, Depending On The Needs Of The Contracting Authority. Bid Validity Period - 120 Calendar Days From The Deadline For Submitting Bids. Delivery Term: The Delivery Term Is At The Proposal Of The Participant In Calendar Days, But It Cannot Be Longer Than 2 Days, And If Necessary Up To 3/Three/ Hours From The Receipt Of A Written Request Of The Contracting Authority. The Remaining Shelf Life Of Medical Devices And Consumables Is Not Less Than 75% Of That Declared By The Manufacturer On The Date Of Delivery. The Products Must Have An Eu Certificate For Affixing The Ce Mark On The Products Or A Declaration By The Manufacturer Of Their Compliance With Directive 93/42/Eec.
