The Subject Of The Public Procurement Covers The Provision Of The Following Services: Organization Of A Working Meeting On The Territory Of The Republic Of Bulgaria In One Of The Following Locations: The City Of Bansko Or The City Of Velingrad, Incl. And Organizational-Technical Preparation, Which Should Include The Implementation Of The Following Activities: - Provision Of Hotel Accommodation For 220 Nights (Planned For Up To 110 Participants For 2 Nights) On The Territory Of The Republic Of Bulgaria In One Of The Following Locations: The City Of Bansko Or The City Of Velingrad; - Provision Of Breakfast, Lunch And Dinner (Breakfast Up To 220 Pieces, Lunch - 110 Pieces And Dinner - 220 Pieces); - Provision Of 2 Coffee Breaks Per Day For Up To 110 Participants, Including Expresso Coffee, Tea, Honey, Cream, Fresh Milk, Bottled Mineral Water, Small Sweets And Pretzels Or A Total Of Up To 220 Pieces; - Provision Of Hall Rental For A Minimum Of 110 Participants And Equipment Rental For 1 Day (8 Hours); - Reproduction/Copying, Assembly Of Materials Related To Holding The Specific Event For The Participants.
