Refuse And Waste Related Services – Providing Services Of Collection, Transport And Management Of Municipal Waste From The Area Of The Municipality Of Trzcińsko-Zdrój. 2.1 Collection Of Municipal Waste From Properties Where Residents Live, From Uninhabited Properties And From Properties With Summer Houses Or Other Properties Used For Recreational And Leisure Purposes: 2.1.1 Collection Of Mixed Municipal Waste Collected In Containers, 2.1.2 Collection Of Municipal Waste Collected Selectively, Including: - Glass And Waste From Colorless And Colored Glass, - Paper And Cardboard, (Magazines, Newspapers, Etc.) - Plastics, Including Multi-Material And Tetrapak Packaging And Metal; Bio-Waste. 2.1.3 Collection Of Furniture And Other Bulky Waste, 2.1.4 Collection Of Expired Medicines And Drug Packaging, Including Collection From Pharmacies, 2.1.5 Collection Of Chemicals And Chemical Packaging, Including Paints, Solvents, Waste Oils, Etc.; 2.1.6 Collection Of Used Batteries And Accumulators, 2.1.7 Collection Of Waste Electrical And Electronic Equipment; 2.1.8 Acceptance Of All Types Of Incandescent, Halogen And Fluorescent Lamps; 2.1.9 Collection Of Used Tires; 2.1.10 Collection Of Natural Christmas Trees, Provided That Their Collection Will Be Carried Out In The Period From January 1 To February 28, 2027, And When Collecting And Managing The Municipal Waste Referred To Above From The Property, The Entity Collecting The Waste Is Obliged To Transfer: - Mixed Municipal Waste And Green Waste To The Municipal Waste Processing Installation; - Separately Collected Municipal Waste To Recovery And Disposal Installations, In Accordance With The Waste Management Hierarchy Specified In The Applicable Legal Provisions, With The Proviso That If, Before Transferring Separately Collected Waste To The Recovery And Disposal Installation, It Was Directed By The Entity Collecting The Waste For Sorting, The Resulting Sorting Residues - Waste With Code 19 12 12, Intended For Storage, Must Be Transferred To A Municipal Waste Treatment Facility. 2.2 Collection Of Municipal Waste Collected At The Pszok Point Specified In Points 2.1.2., 2.1.3, 2.1.4, 2.1.5, 2.1.6, 2.1.7, 2.1.8, 2.1.9, 2.1.10. The Contractor Will Collect Waste Collected At Pszok Once A Week. The Contractor Manages The Waste Collected In Pszok On Its Own In A Manner Consistent With Legal Requirements. The Contractor Is Obliged To Obtain A Permit To Transport Non-Hazardous Waste On His Own.
