Welfare Services For The Elderly – Open Procedure For The Awarding Of The Home Care Service (Sad) Years 2026 2028. The Object Of The Contract Is The Assignment Of The Home Care Service (Sad) For 24 Months To Be Carried Out In The Municipality Of Arezzo. The Service Is Configured As Multiple Scheduled And Personalized Services Based On The Users Needs, To Be Carried Out At The Users Residence Or Domicile, In Implementation Of The Individualized Assistance Plan (Pai) Drawn Up By The Relevant Social Worker, Normally Limited In Time And Renewable Through Periodic Evaluation Of The Social Worker, Based On The Evolution Of Needs.
