The Market Survey Organized In The Form Of A Market Dialogue Is Done For The Preparation Of The Procurement Of Telecommunications Services. Teleservices Means E.G. The Following Services: Subscription Services, Telephone Service Systems, Apn Services, Switchboard Services And Various Switching Solutions. Sign Up For The Market Dialogue In The Tender Service By The Deadline Of The Announcement. Suppliers-Specific Discussions Will Be Arranged With Those Who Signed Up For The Market Dialogue Via Teams Remote Connection. The Aim Is To Organize The Discussions In August-September. In Addition To The Discussions, The Procurement Unit Can Send Draft Requests For Tenders To Those Registered For The Market Dialogue For Written Comments (Technical Dialogue). The Organization Of The Market Survey Does Not Oblige The Procurement Unit To Carry Out The Actual Procurement, Nor Does It Obligate The Procurement Unit To Carry Out The Procurement As Described In The Market Dialogue. The Procurement Unit Is Not Obliged To Take Into Account The Information Obtained During The Market Survey When Preparing A Possible Request For Tender. The Market Dialogue Is Conducted In Finnish. The Suppliers Are Not Compensated For Participating In The Market Survey, And The Etelä-Savo Welfare Area Does Not Reimburse The Costs Incurred From The Market Survey. Participating In The Market Survey Does Not Bind The Supplier To Participate In The Tender, Nor Is It A Prerequisite For Participating In The Actual Possible Tender Later. Participating Or Not Participating In The Market Survey Does Not Affect The Bidders Position In The Actual Tender. The Procurement Unit Does Not Start The Bidding Process With This Notice, But A Possible Procurement Notice And Request For Tenders Will Be Published Later In Accordance With The Procurement Act.
