The Ministry Of Local Government And Districts Wants A Report Drawn Up Which Will Shed Light On How The Municipalities Knowledge Of Developer Finance And Factors That Affect The Financial Feasibility Of Construction Projects Can Be Improved. The Purpose Is To Make It Possible For The Municipalities To Highlight And Better Weight These Considerations In Spatial Planning, And To Contribute To More Knowledge-Based, Transparent And Efficient Planning Processes. The Assignment Is In Three Parts, With Parts 1 And 2 To Be Completed By 10 December 2026, In The Form Of A Preliminary, Internal Memo To Kdd. By 31 March 2027, The Investigator Must Complete Part 3 Of The Project And The Final Report For The Entire Assignment. The Results Are Presented In A Meeting With The Client. Estimated Value For The Acquisition Is Nok 1,400,000 Excl. Vat The Estimate Is Not Binding On The Client.
