In The Same Location There Is Currently A Parking Area (Approx. 250 Parking Spaces) With A Basement In A Dilapidated Condition That Must First Be Demolished. The Aim Of The Project Is The Turnkey Construction Of A Large-Volume Parking Garage With A Minimum Target Size Of Around 750 Parking Spaces And 2 Elevators. The Tender Is Open To Systems (Conventional, Modular, Hybrid), The Decisive Factor Is The Complete Functional Target Fulfillment As Well As The Timely And Quality-Based Implementation. The Demolition Services Should Be Offered As An Option.
