The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order, Carried Out On The Basis Of The Functional And Utility Program Constituting An Integral Part Of This Procedure, Includes: Preparation Of Comprehensive Design And Cost Estimate Documentation With Authors Supervision, Execution Of Construction Works, Purchase, Delivery And Installation Of Equipment. The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Execution Of Construction Works Consisting In The Adaptation Of Basement Rooms In The Building Of Kindergarten No. 10 In Olkusz For The Purpose Of Creating A Temporary Shelter For Children. Population In The Design And Build Formula. Zone Of The Designed Mds: Net Area 463.08 M2, Including: Area Of Rooms Used For Shelter - 293.00 M2 Area Of Auxiliary Rooms - 38.47 M2 Communication Area - 131.61 M2 The Facility Is To Provide Protection And Enable Continuous Stay Of People For A Period Of At Least 48 Hours For 194 People, Including 3 People With Difficulties In Mobility, In Wheelchairs. It Is Planned To Allocate Part Of Each Of The Two Segments Of The Kindergarten And Both Battens At The Underground Level For Mds. The Mds Will Have One Emergency Exit And One Emergency Exit Outside The Planned Debris Zone, And Will Be Located Entirely Below The Level Of The Adjacent Ground, Under A Low (N), Two-Story Building.
