The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Delivery Of The Replacement Of Water Meters With Radio Reading And A Collectors Set For Independent Readings By The Municipal Real Estate Authority In Kutno, Together With The Assembly, Commissioning And Implementation Of A System For Remote Reading Of Data From Water Meters. Number Of Devices And Services Ordered: 1. Water Meters Dn15: Single-Jet, Dry-Running Water Meter, Equipped With A Radio Module (Radio Overlay) With The Possibility Of Installation In Premises Installations On Horizontal And Vertical Conduits For Water Meters - 1,501 Pcs. (Assembly Service With Material) Including The Installation Of A Plastic, Self-Locking Seal On The Water Meter After Installation, 2. Collectors Set For Reading Data From Water Meters - Consisting Of Radio Receiver And Software License For The System With Permission To Grant A Sublicense To Another Entity - 1 Piece, 3. Configuration, Implementation, Commissioning Of Devices, 4. Training Of The Ordering Partys Employees In The Use Of The Collector Set And The Program. The Specified Number Of Water Meters Is An Estimate. The Final Number Of Water Meters With Radio Overlays Will Be Determined On The Basis Of The Final Protocol (I.E. According To The Actual Number Of Water Meters Installed In The Indicated Buildings). Detailed The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Results From Annex No. 1 To The Swz, Which Constitutes Annex No. 1 To The Contract. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Limit The Scope Of The Order And, Consequently, Also The Total Remuneration Specified In The Contract. Restriction Of The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order By The Ordering Party Does Not Constitute Non-Performance Or Improper Performance Of The Obligation. The Contractor Is Then Not Entitled To Demand Remuneration Or Compensation For The Abandoned Scope Of Work. The Minimum Value Of The Ordering Partys Benefit Is 80% Of The Total Remuneration. The Minimum Amount Of The Contractors Performance Is 80% Of The Subject Of The Order.
