The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Obtaining And Verifying All Data Necessary For The Proper Design And Execution Of The Subject Of The Order, 2) Performing Additional Geotechnical Tests Of The Subsoil And Geotechnical Studies To The Extent Necessary To Supplement The Already Developed Geotechnical Opinion - If Necessary, 3) Providing Geodetic Services For The Investment (Staking Out, As-Built Inventory) And, If Necessary, Updating The Existing Map For Design Purposes, 4) Developing An Architectural Concept Of The Designed Facility And Obtaining Written Acceptance Of The Employers Representative,5) Development Of A Complete Construction Design (Based On The Approved Concept) Covering The Full Scope Of Material Described In This Functional And Utility Program Along With The Necessary Additional Inventories, Tests, Measurements, Opinions, Arrangements And Other Required Documents, And Obtaining A Building Permit.6) Development Of A Technical Design,7) Preparation Of A Bill Of Quantities And An Investors Cost Estimate,8) Development Of Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb),9) Preparation Of A Material And Financial Schedule For The Implementation Of The Investment In Question, 10) Execution Of Construction Works Based On The Developed Design, Which Will Result In The Creation Of A Facility That Meets The Requirements Of This Fup, Including: − Preparatory Works (Including, Among Others, Cleaning Works At The Construction Site Enabling The Commencement Of The Actual Works), − Earth And Foundation Works, − Delivery And Assembly Of The Steel Structure Of The Building, − Assembly Of The Buildings Sheathing Made Of Sandwich Panels (Roof And Walls), − Assembly Of A Roof Skylight, − Assembly Joinery - Gates, Doors, − Construction Of The Substructure And Concrete Floor, − Construction Of A Partition Wall Made Of Sandwich Panels, − Installation Of Complete Gutters And Sheet Metal Flashings, 11) Preparation Of Complete As-Built Documentation And Obtaining An Occupancy Permit (Or Effective Notice Of Completion Of Construction).
