The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of A Construction Project In The Design And Build System. The Subject Of The Order Includes: - Development Of Design Documentation, - Obtaining The Appropriate Administrative Decision Authorizing The Implementation Of The Investment, On The Basis Of Which It Will Be Possible To Perform Construction Works, - Performance (Based On The Developed Design Documentation And The Above-Mentioned Decisions) Of Construction Works And Preparation Of A Report On The Completed Construction Works Together With As-Built Documentation. Construction Works Include The Construction Of A Warehouse Hall With Dimensions Of 12X30 M, Development Area Of ​​360 M2. The Warehouse Is Not Intended For Permanent Stay Of People. The Detailed Scope And Description Of The Subject Of The Order Are Included In The Following Annexes To The Swz: - Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Ppu) - Annex No. 3 To The Swz, - Functional And Utility Program (Ffu) - Annex No. 4 To The Swz. The Ordering Party Informs That The Order Is Being Implemented As Part Of The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026. Before Concluding The Contract, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Submit A Completed Indicative Cost Estimate In Accordance With The Scope Of Works Indicated In The Functional And Utility Program. This Document Will Be Necessary To Estimate The Non-Eligible Costs Of The Awarded Subsidy. The Required Warranty And Guarantee Period For The Works Performed Is 60 Months From The Date Of Acceptance Of The Construction Works By The Ordering Party And Signing Of The Final Acceptance Report Of The Works.
