The Subject Of The Order Is The Replacement Of A Passenger Lift In Building A Of The Municipal Hospital In Ruda Śląska Sp. Z O. O. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 4 To The Swz And In Annex No. 8 To The Swz.2. It Is Recommended That Each Contractor Inspect The Construction Site At The Stage Of Preparing Offers To Check The Conditions In The Area. At The Same Time, The Ordering Party Informs That The On-Site Visit Is Optional, And Failure To Participate In This Activity Will Not Result In Rejection Of The Offer Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 18. The Site Visit Will Be Possible From Monday To Friday Between 8:00 A.M. And 2:00 P.M. - After Prior Arrangement Of The Exact Date With The Hospitals Technical Department (Tel. 032 344 07 13).3. Pursuant To Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Act, The Ordering Party Requires That, As Part Of The Implementation Of The Contract, Activities Directly Related To The Performance Of Works (Included In The So-Called Direct Costs Resulting From The Bills Of Quantities) Be Performed By Persons Employed Under An Employment Contract.4. The Requirements Regarding The Method Of Documenting The Employment Of Persons Under An Employment Contract, The Ordering Partys Control Rights And Sanctions For Failure To Meet The Requirements Referred To In Point 3 Above, Have Been Specified In Detail In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Which Will Be Introduced Into The Content Of The Procurement Contract (Annex No. 8 To The Swz).
