A Change In The Number Of Students On Each Route During The Execution Of The Order By +/- 2 Students Does Not Constitute A Change In The Subject Of The Contract And Does Not Entitle The Bidder To Negotiate The Concluded Contract.• When Transporting One Child Or Several Children, The Transport Is Always Carried Out By At Least Two People: A Driver And A Guardian.• The Basis For Selecting The Offer Will Be The Price Of 1 Km Taking Into Account All Costs, Not The Price Of Individual Routes.• The Price Of 1 Km Of Transport Will Be Indexed By The Price Increase Index Of Goods. And Consumer Services Announced By The President Of The Central Statistical Office For The Last Quarter Preceding Indexation. The Indexation May Be Made No Earlier Than Six Months From The Date Of Signing The Contract And No More Often Than Once Every Six Months.
