1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Construction Of A Container Installation For The Treatment Of Landfill Leachates And Technological Sewage Based On Reverse Osmosis Technology At The Municipal Waste Disposal Plant In Długoszyn.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Following Elements: 1) Development Of Complete Full-Sector Design Documentation, Including In Particular: Technological Design, Complete Full-Sector Construction Design, Complete Full-Sector Technical Designs With Cost Estimates And Studies Required By Environmental Protection Law And Water Law, And All Other Documents Related To Obtaining A Building Permit, Occupancy Permit And Integrated Permit.2) Making All Required Technical And Formal And Legal Arrangements On Behalf Of The Ordering Party And Submitting An Application For Obtaining On Behalf Of And For The Benefit Of The Ordering Party A Building Permit. 3) Carrying Out Construction And Assembly Works Including A Complete Sewage Treatment Plant With An Average Capacity Of 70 M3/Day Along With The Necessary Facilities, Including Tanks, Connections To The Companys Sewage, Water, Energy And Instrumentation Networks, Including The Discharge Of Treated Sewage To The Sewage System, In Accordance With Applicable Laws And Permits. 4) Construction Of An Industrial Sewage Network With A Total Length Of Approx. 2.04 Km, Including Pipelines Supplying Industrial Sewage To The Treatment Plant And Discharging Sewage To The Sewage System Of The Sulęcin Commune.5) Commissioning Of The Installation And Supervision Of Operational Tests Conducted By The Ordering Party. 6) Tidying Up The Construction Site. 7) Providing The Ordering Party With Complete As-Built Documentation, Operation And Maintenance Instructions, Technical And Operational Documentation, Occupational Health And Safety Documentation And An As-Built Cost Estimate Necessary For The Ordering Party To Prepare A Register Of Fixed Assets. 8) Training Of The Ordering Partys Staff In The Field Of Maintenance, Repairs And Operation Of The Subject Of The Order. 9) Ensuring Complete Marking Of Facilities, Devices, Rooms, Zones And Other Installation Elements Requiring Marking. 10) Preparing Documentation, Preparing And Submitting Applications And Conducting Administrative Proceedings On Behalf Of And On Behalf Of The Ordering Party To The Extent Necessary To Obtain Changes To The Decision On The Integrated Permit And Changes In The Decision On The Water Law Permit, As Well As - If Required For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract - Obtaining The Decision On The Water Law Permit On Behalf Of And On Behalf Of The Ordering Party.
