A) The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In The Construction Of New Prefabricated Foundations With An Assembly Element And The Transport Of The Completed Foundations Along With Their Assembly/Installation At The Opp In Krakow, B) The Ordering Party Described The Subject Of The Order Using The Following Documents: • Designed Provisions Of The Contract (Ppu), I.E. Annex No. 2 To The Swz, • Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz), I.E. Annex No. 6 To The Swz, C) The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Warranty For A Minimum Period Of 12 Months, A Maximum Of Period Of 24 Months. Offers Containing A Warranty Period Shorter Than 12 Months Will Be Rejected As Not Meeting The Requirements Of The Swzd) If The Manufacturers Name, Trademarks, Standards, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Reference Systems Appear In Any Annex To The Swz, The Products May Be Replaced With Equivalent Ones. The Ordering Party Will Consider Equivalent Solutions To Be Solutions That Enable Achieving The Effect Intended By The Ordering Party Using Other Technical Solutions. An Identical (Identical) Solution Cannot Be Considered An Equivalent Solution, But Only One That Shows Exactly The Same Or Very Similar Utility Value In The Compared Features. By Indicating The Manufacturers Name, Trademarks, Standards, Approvals Or Reference Systems, The Ordering Party Aimed To Determine The Minimum Quality Parameters And Functional Features That The Goods Must Meet In Order To Meet The Requirements Set By The Ordering Party And Constitute Only The Quality Standard Of The Subject Of The Order. By The Provision Regarding The Minimum Requirements For Quality Parameters, The Ordering Party Understands The Requirements Of The Goods Contained In Publicly Available Sources, Catalogues, Manufacturers Websites, And The Like. The Use Of Exemplary Manufacturers Names Is Only Intended To Clarify The Level Of Expectations Of The Ordering Party In Relation To A Specific Solution.
