The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform Permanent Traffic Organization.4. If Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or A Specific Process That Characterizes The Product Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor Are Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions.5. If The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Refers To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described
