The Object Of The Procurement Is A Personal Security Solution To Be Acquired As A Complete Software Saas Service (Hereinafter Also System Or Service) And Equipment Related To The Service For Use By The City Of Rovaniemi (Hereinafter Customer). The Service Protects The Subscribers Employees And Students. The Service Must Be A Uniform, Operationally Reliable, Needs-Fulfilling And Data-Secure Personal Security Solution As A Saas Service, Which Is Suitable For The Intended Purpose Of The Procurement Object. The Object Of The Procurement And The Related Requirements Are Described In More Detail In The Request For Tenders And Its Appendices. The Procuring Entity Selects One (1) Supplier, With Whom It Enters Into A Contract Valid For The Time Being. The Procurement Quantities Presented In The Request For Tender Are Estimates, And The Contract Does Not Constitute A Volume Purchase Obligation For The Procuring Entity.
