The Request For Proposals (Rfp) Is For The Provision, Implementation, Configuration, Integration, Training, Support, And Maintenance Of A Rights-Of-Way Services Integrated Portal (Rowsip) To Replace The City’S Existing Calgary Rights-Of-Way Management (Crowm) And Epermits Systems. The Solution Will Support End-To-End Permit Management, Workflow Automation, Gis Integration, Reporting, Inspections, Compliance Tracking, And Customer-Facing Online Services For Rights-Of-Way Permitting Activities. This Rfp Is Open To All Qualified Proponents With Demonstrated Experience In Enterprise Permit Management, Licensing, Workflow Automation, Gis-Centric Solutions, Software Implementation, Systems Integration, And Ongoing Support Services. Proponents May Submit An On-Premise, Cloud/Saas, Or Hybrid Solution, Or May Submit Proposals For Any Combination Of These Solution Types, Including All Three Deployment Models. Separate Proposal Submissions Are Required For Each Solution Type Proposed.
