Contract For The Supply, Through The Operating Lease System, Of An Agricultural Tractor And A Brush Cutter Arm For The Service Of External Brigades Of The El Puig Center Of The Pla De L’Estany County Council.The Object Of This Contract Is The Supply, Under An Operating Lease, Of An Agricultural Tractor With A Brush Cutter Arm For The Tractor, Intended For The Service Of External Brigades In The Area Of The Occupational And Special Work Center El Puig (El Puig Center) For The Performance Of Mowing Work On Rural Roads, In The Pla De Lestany Region. The Contract Will Include The Provision Of Vehicles, As Well As All Those Benefits Inherent In The Operating Lease Including, Without Limitation: • Right Of Use With All The Included Accessories, • Performance Of A Maximum Of 150 Monthly Hours In Accordance With The Annual Distribution Contained In Section 10.2 Of The Pptp, • All Risk Insurance Franchise,• Comprehensive Preventive Maintenance And Repair Of Breakdowns (Labor And Parts), Without Any Type Of Exception (See Section 8 Of The Pptp),• Delivery Of A Replacement Tractor Vehicle Or Brushcutter Arm Of The Same Characteristics, In The Case Of Breakdowns That Require A Repair Time Over 72 Hours.•1 Set Of Knives Or Hammers Included Each Year. • Fiscal Obligations: Vat, Registration And Taxes. • Book Or Manual Of Instructions And Operation Of The Vehicle And Its Standard Equipment. • The Vehicles Will Be Delivered With The Spare Parts And Tools That Are Required By The Current Legislation. • Minimum Training For Drivers And Operators, To Know How It Works. • Other Obligations That Are Detailed In This Document.
