Services Contract, For Consultancy And Advice In The Preparation Of The Relation Of Workplaces Of The Vallirana Council, For The Simplified Open Procedure.The Purpose Of The Contract Is The Contracting Of A Consulting And Advisory Services Company In The Preparation Of The List Of Workplaces For The Vallirana City Council, Which Will Involve Analysis Of The Current Situation Of The Staff, The Development Of A Description Of The Positions, An Assessment Of The Existing Workplaces, Or That Are Intended To Be Created, And Advice On The Preparation Of A List Of Workplaces, As Well As A Manual For Management And Evaluation Of Workplaces, In Order To Achieve The Optimization Of Existing Human Resources And An Efficient And Agile Management Of The Same, In Accordance With The Redesign Of The Organizational Structure That The Municipal Administration Has Elaborated. It Is Necessary That The Proposal Is Aimed At Optimizing The Human Resources Of The Entity, So That The Objectives Of Qualification And Digital Administration Can Be Achieved Without The Need To Increase The Number Of Current Workplaces, Or With A Minimal Increase, Justified By The Increase In Services Or Spaces To Be Used. Always Without Losing Sight Of The Approved Organization And The Need For A Configuration For Workflows Necessary To Achieve The Degrees Of Efficiency Required By The Obligations Derived From The Application Of The Digital Administration And The Regulations On Transparency And The Rules Of The New Local Governance. Otherwise, The General And Particular Conditions Of Each Workplace For Their Internal And External Equity (Operative Rllt) Must Be Taken Into Account. Within The Scope Of The Object Of The Contract, The City Council Does Not Determine A Priori Some Limited And Concrete Works For The Performance Of The Described Service, Leaving This End Open To The Projects Proposed By The Bidders In Their Offers, With The Aim That The City Council Has Different Alternatives And Can Choose The Most Suitable One.
