Bidders Must Make Their Technical Offer Under Strict Compliance With These Technical Specifications, Indicating The Type Of Technology, Detailed Proposed Equipment, Brand And Attaching Catalogs And Other Aspects That Are Relevant For The Evaluation. The Technical Proposals Must Comply With Current Telecommunications Regulations, Compliance With Safety Standards, After Sales, Etc. The Offer Must Include The Installation, Configuration, Start-Up And Enabling Of The Equipment Detailed In This Technical Specification, With Its Respective Training For The Personnel Designated By This Municipality For This Purpose.
