The Purpose Of The Contract Is The Hiring Of A Service Company For Consultancy And Advice In The Preparation Of The List Of Workplaces Of The Vallirana City Council, And Which Will Entail Analysis Of The Current Situation Of The Staff, The Development Of A Description Of The Positions, An Assessment Of The Existing Jobs, Or That Are Intended To Be Created, And Advice On The Preparation Of A List Of Jobs, As Well As A Management Manual And Assessment Of Jobs, In Order To Achieve The Optimization Of Existing Human Resources And An Effective And Agile Management Of Them, In Accordance With The Redesign Of The Organizational Structure That The Municipal Administration Has Prepared. It Is Necessary That The Proposal Is Aimed At Optimizing The Human Resources Of The Entity, So That The Objectives Of Qualification And Digital Administration Can Be Achieved Without The Need To Increase The Number Of Current Jobs, Or With A Minimal Increase, Justified By The Increase In Services Or Spaces To Be Used. Always Without Losing Sight Of The Approved Organization And The Need For A Configuration By Work Flows Necessary To Achieve The Degrees Of Effectiveness Required By The Obligations Derived From The Application Of Digital Administration And The Regulations On Transparency And The Rules Of The New Local Governance. Otherwise, The General And Particular Conditions Of Each Workplace Must Be Taken Into Account For Its Internal And External Equity (Operational Rllt). Within The Scope Of The Object Of The Contract, The City Council Does Not Determine A Priori Specific And Delimited Works For The Performance Of The Described Service, Leaving This End Open To The Projects Proposed By The Bidders In Their Bids, With The Aim That The City Council Has Different Alternatives And Can Choose The Most Suitable One.
