Tasks Of The Security Staff - Opening And Closing The Entrances To The Service Buildings - Access Control To The Service Buildings (Incoming And Outgoing People And Vehicle Traffic) - Operation And Monitoring Of The Security Devices Installed In The Gate (Video Surveillance, Etc.) - Visitor Control (Notification Of The Responsible Employees Of The User, If Necessary Identity Check) - Support Of Visitors - In Particular By Providing Information When Entering And Leaving The Building - Administration And Storage Of The Room Keys And Management Of The Key Diaries - Keeping A Guard Book For Each Gate, In Which, In Addition To General Information (Names Of The People Assigned To Guard, Replacement Times, Etc.), Special Incidents And Measures Taken Must Be Entered - Initiation Of Measures In Emergencies And Security Situations (Contacting Property Management Or Emergency Services In The Event Of Defective Elevators, Fires, Etc.) - Arranging Telephone Conversations - If Necessary, Accepting Mail And Parcels - Parking Space Surveillance - Organization Of Personnel Security Measures, If The Property Is Technical Cannot Be Secured (E.G. Operating Times / Number Of Staff The Gates Are To Be Manned As Follows: Main Gate: - 1 Reception/Security Staff Monday To Friday From 5:30 A.M. To 8:30 P.M. Car Gate: - 1 Reception/Security Staff Monday To Friday From 5:30 A.M. To 8:30 P.M. Mobile Security Staff: - 1 Reception/Security Staff Monday To Friday From 6:00 A.M. To 6:30 P.M. The The Contractor Must Ensure That The Above-Mentioned Posts Within The Scope Of The Above Operating Times Are Occupied. The Mobile Security Force Can Be Used To Cover Break Times At The Main Gate And Car Gate. 3. Optional Services At The Request Of The Client, For Example In The Case Of Events, Additional Staff (Maximum 5 People At The Same Time) Must Be Made Available On Weekends And Public Holidays As Well As At Night. The Clients Corresponding Personnel Requirements Must Be Met As Long As They Are Received 48 Hours Before The Deployment.
