The House Has Concrete As Supporting Construction And In Flat Dividers. The Facades Shall Be Constructed From Brick And Wood. The Total Area Is Approx. 1300 M2 (Gross). A Zoning Process Is Ongoing And The Development Plan Is Expected To Be Approved By The City Council In Autumn 2026.
