Relocation Services – Framework Agreement For Carrying Out Relocation Assignments Under Direction. 1. The Assignments To Be Carried Out Can Vary Greatly In Nature, Size And Complexity. The Services Include, But Are Not Limited To, The Following Activities: 2.1 Internal Moving And Logistics Support - Moving Furniture, Office Furnishings, Archives And Medical Equipment Between Departments, Buildings And Campuses. - Support For Internal Redesigns, Temporary Relocations And Operational Realignments. - Carrying Out Ad Hoc Logistical Tasks In The Context Of Daily Hospital Operations, Including: O Raising And Lowering Desks; O Assembly And Placement Of Furniture. - Stocking And Sorting Building Materials. - Moving Heavy Machines (> 1,200 Kg/Piece), Discuss Possible Approach In Consultation With The Contracting Authority. - Moving Paintings/Works Of Art. - Emptying And Cleaning The “Destination” Rooms For The Arrival Of The Items To Be Moved. 2.2 Support For Events And Temporary Setups - Construction And Dismantling Of Event Infrastructure (Tables, Chairs, Stands, Signage). - Transport And Installation Of Material For Training And Public Activities. 2.3 Major Relocation Operations In The Context Of Construction And Renovation Projects - Deployment Of Larger Teams For Extensive Relocation Movements When Buildings Are Put Into Use Or Cleared. - Coordination And Implementation Of Phased Relocation Processes In Collaboration With Internal Services. 2.4 External Relocation Assignments - Carrying Out External Relocation Movements To Locations Outside The Hospital Campuses Of Uz Leuven, Including The Warehouses In Aarschot. - Transport Of Goods, Furniture And Equipment In Accordance With Applicable Safety And Quality Requirements. 2.5 Unpacking, Assembling And Dismantling - Unpacking, Installing And Preparing (New) Furniture And Materials For Use. - Assembly And Disassembly Of Small Objects, Cabinets, Racks And Other Furnishing Elements. - Disconnecting, Setting Up And Reconnecting Ict Equipment, Telephone Equipment And Photocopiers. - Removing Or Installing Cabling (Electricity, Telephony, Data) And Laying It In Cable Ducts. 2.6 Relocation Of Medical Cabinets, Laboratories And Specialized Equipment - Relocation Of Laboratory Setups, Scientific Equipment And Sensitive Equipment. - Execution Taking Into Account Specific Safety, Hygiene And Stability Requirements. - Collaborate With Specialized Internal Or External Parties For Critical Equipment, If Required. 2.7 Delivery Of The Spaces The Entrepreneur Is Responsible For H
