Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services – Udviklingselskabet By & Havn I/S Tender For Consultant Agreement In Connection With Moving Land From Kløverparken To Lynetteholm. The Capacity For City & Havns Reception Of Clean Soil In City & Havns Land Reclamation Project In Outer Nordhavn Was About To Be Exhausted In 2023, Which Is Why City & Havn Needed Another Area To Temporarily Store Clean Soil Until Lynetteholms Perimeter Was Completed. Lynetteholms Perimeter Is Now Almost Finished, After Which Soil Can Be Received And Incorporated Directly Into The Lynetteholm Recovery Facility. In The Intervening Period After Reaching The Capacity Limitation In Ydre Nordhavn And Until Now, By & Havn Has Had A Temporary Storage Of Clean Soil At Kløverparken, 2300 Copenhagen, While Lynetteholms Perimeter Has Been Under Construction. Pursuant To The Environmental Permit, Only Clean Soil Has Been Stored At Kløverparken, Which, Upon Receipt, Has Been Finally Notified And Approved By The Municipality In Which The Soil Was Excavated. Lynetteholms Perimeter Is Expected To Be Fully Established In August 2026, And Since Urban Development In The Areas Within Kløverparken And Quintus Will Start Within The Coming Years, The Intermediately Stored Soil Must Be Moved To And Integrated Into The Recovery Facility At Lynetteholm From Spring 2027. It Is Expected That By Spring 2027 There Will Be Approx. 1.15 Million Tons Of Clean Soil That Must Be Transported From Kløverparken To Lynetteholm, Where The Soil Must Then Be Incorporated. The Transport Of Soil From Kløverparken To Lynetteholm Must Take Place Via The Soil Transport Road Along Prøvestenen. Alongside The Soil Transport From Kløverparken, As Part Of The Urban Development Project Of Kløverparken And Quintus, A Series Of Surveys Of Kløverparken Must Be Carried Out. In This Connection, It Must Be Ensured That The Movement Of The Soil From The Temporary Soil Storage Is Coordinated To A Sufficient Extent, So That Both The Movement Of The Soil And The Investigation Work Can Be Carried Out In A Safe Manner. The Consultant Agreement Includes Three Sub-Tasks Consisting Of The Following: - Sub-Task 1: Assistance In Connection With The Tendering Of A Construction Contract For Earth Transport, Including Advice And Project Management In Connection With The Preparation Of Tender Materials And Evaluation Of Offers - Sub-Task 2: Supervision, Project Follow-Up And Working Environment Coordination In Connection With The Construction Contract, And - Sub-Task 3: Assistance For Environmental And Authority Coordination In Connection With The Construction Contract.
