Installation Services (Except Software) – Replacement Of Access And Alarm Systems. The Assignment Includes Planning, Inventory, Delivery, Installation, Programming, Commissioning, Support, Maintenance, Updating And Further Development Of Access Systems, Alarm Systems And Associated Integrations. The Assignment Also Includes Training And Knowledge Transfer To The Clients Own Staff In Order To Ensure Independent Operation And Management Of The System. The Supplier Must Have Full Functional Responsibility For The Entire Delivery. From Planning And Choosing A Technical Solution. The Supplier Is Responsible For Ensuring That The Delivered Solution Meets All The Requirements In This Document And That The System Functions As A Whole. The Customer Shall Not Have To Coordinate Or Be Responsible For Drawing Boundaries Between Different Parts Of The Delivery. The Supplier Is Responsible For Any Subcontractors And Their Work. The Delivery Is Considered Handed Over To The Customer After An Approved Final Inspection. The Supplier Must Be Able To Provide Additional Materials And Installation, Commissioning Of These As Well As Lock And Locksmith Services As An Option. The Work Will Largely Be Carried Out In Businesses With Ongoing Operations, Which Is Why Great Consideration Must Be Given To Business Continuity, Safety And Limited Disruption.
