Utility Vehicles – Framework Agreement For The Supply Of Electric-Powered Commercial Vehicles Up To 7.5 T With Special Requirements. The Free And Hanseatic City Of Hamburg, Represented By The Procurement And Procurement Center Of The Authority For The Interior And Sport - Organizationally Linked To The Hamburg Police - Intends To Conclude Framework Agreements With As Many Vehicle Manufacturers, General Agencies Or Authorized Specialist Dealers As Possible For The Purchase Of Various Commercial Vehicles (Commercial Vehicles) And Trucks (Lorries) With Electric Drives, Taking Into Account The Special Features Of Trailer Pulling Force And Range For All Authorities And Offices Of The Fhh, Including All State Companies, Universities, Etc University Hospital Hamburg-Eppendorf (Uke) As Well As The Named Public Institutions And Public Companies. The Client Understands The Term “Commercial Vehicles With An Electric Drive” To Mean Vehicles With More Than 3.5 Tons To 7.5 Tons = N2, Which Are Usually Only Equipped With A Row Of Seats With 2 Or 3 Seats In The Drivers Cab Or, In The Case Of A Double Cab, With A Bench Seat In The Second Row And Are Primarily Intended For The Transport Of Goods, People Or For Further Expansion And Construction. Examples Include: Panel Vans, Flatbed Trucks And Chassis, Suitable For Further Expansion And Assembly. The Further Expansion And Construction Of The Chassis Will Also Be Included In The Framework Agreements (See Section 2.2). All Models / Model Series Can Be Offered With All Available Types Of Electric Drive. The Aim Is To Offer Discounts On The List Prices For Various Models/Model Series Of Electric Commercial Vehicles, Including The Special Equipment Available From The Manufacturer. The Currently Foreseeable Total Requirement During The Contract Term Is 8 To A Maximum Of 20 Vehicles Of Various Designs (Double Cab, High Roof, Panel Van). A Specific Order Quantity Cannot Be Given. The Actual Order Quantity Called Up May Vary.
